Overall decent experience

I ordered a small hydroponic system and some liquid nutrients. The system arrived quickly, about 4 days to reach Phoenix, and was well-packed. Everything was there and it seems like good quality for the price. My only minor gripe was that the tracking update was a little slow to show movement. Other than that, pretty good experience, would consider buying again.

Consistently reliable service

This is my third or fourth time ordering from The Grow Shop. I've bought grow bags, potting soil, and pH meters before. This time I got a new ventilation fan and some coco coir. Just like previous orders, everything arrived in good condition and within a reasonable timeframe, maybe 5 days this time. I don't think you can stack coupons there, at least I haven't been able to. Usually, it's one code per order.

I returned a light a while back, it was pretty straightforward. Just make sure you still have the original packaging. For a tent, I imagine it's similar.

They're pretty good about returns as long as it's not damaged and you're within their window. I had to return an EC meter and it was no big deal. Just check their policy on the site for exact details on timeframes.

From my experience, most of the big brand lights are usually excluded from those general percentage off codes. It's a bummer, but happens a lot with electronics.

Yeah, they got organic options. Not as huge as their traditional liquid nutes, but enough to build a good organic setup. I remember seeing some Down To Earth stuff.

Mine came pretty quick to Orlando, like 4-5 days for some lights and nutrients. A full system might be a bit more cause of the size but usually they're on it.

For heavy stuff like soil bags, it can take a bit longer, maybe a week or so. But if it's just the hydro setup without a ton of media, probably not too bad. You could always ask their support once you place the order.
